What if I love the look of fondant, but don't like the taste?

No need to worry! Kelly makes her own homemade Marshmallow Fondant! It actually tastes good, so no waste! When you order a cake from Kelly, at the consultation you can try it before you decide.

What if I want to learn?

Cake Decorating Courses: Classes are available, as well as one-on-one teaching. Cake decorating party's are also available.

Do you host birthday party's?

Decorating Party's: Great for birthday party's. The basics are taught in fun interactive class, in the comfort of your own home. They finish with a completed birthday cupcake! And they also take home an instructional sheet, as well as a decorating kit! Contact for details.

How Do I Order A Cake?

Contact Kelly's Cakes with:

The date of your event | occasion/nature of your event (wedding, barmitzvah, birthday, etc) | event location and delivery time | how many people you will need to feed | daytime phone number, your email address | an idea of what kind of cake design you are looking for .

We do not have any cakes pre-made for sale. Every cake we make is custom made to order from start to finish.

What about Delivery?

Delivery & Set up: We are happy to deliver and set up in the Peterborough area. For anything outside the Peterborough area, contact for delivery prices.

Cake Cutting: If you wish Kelly to stay at your event to cut the cake for you, there is a cutting fee of $25.00.

Deposit: Any order above $200 requires a $50 deposit.

Pricing: For Special or Novelty cakes - please contact for a quote, for Wedding cakes - please see Pricing section.

Cake & Cupcake Stands: Included in pricing - return 2 days after engagement

Payment Options: We accept Cash

Cancellation & Refund Policy: If a cancellation is received more than 6 weeks prior to event, deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is received less than 6 weeks prior to event, deposit is forfeited.
